There is nothing like having great experience. This ensures the client can have confidence in getting the project done properly, on time and on budget and within scope. I believe in taking responsibility and in building trust to establish a solid relationship whether a short or long term assignment. Communicate

Since the global pandemic, I have moved into my home office but am available to work on site full or part time as required. In person meetings are usually best and help us to establish that trust that is so important. Good communication and collaboration means that any conflicts can be more easily resolved. There are many easily accessible forms of communication available now; email, phone, text, and instant messaging apps so staying in touch has never been easier. 

Project management tools

In terms of project management tools, I've used many such as Asana, Airtable, Jira, Basecamp, Monday and Wrike to name a few. I do find that these programs work best if everyone on the team actively participates so that communication isn't lost outside of the program project parameters. Communication tools such as Slack come in handy, particularly if the team is global and/or remote. Documentation is essential for keeping everyone and everything on track. In the absence of any other management tools, project tracking is accomplished by diligent documentation, the establishment of swimlanes and schedules, and attention to detail. I am using Google suite to track projects in Sheets and Docs as well as Slides, and review design work often in Figma.
